This policy covers all commercial purchases made through Relayeo (https://relayeo.com), including:

  • Audit Blueprint ($29 / ₹2,499): 7-day refund window from time of delivery.
  • Calibration Protocol ($99/mo or $79/mo annual / ₹7,999/mo): 7-day refund window from initial purchase date.
  • Full Sovereign Kit ($149 / ₹11,999): 7-day refund window from initial purchase date.
  • Agency Partner Tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale): 7-day refund window from the start of each new billing period.

02. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund requires only a single message:

  1. Send an email to authority@relayeo.com or use our Contact Form.
  2. Include your Razorpay Payment ID (e.g. pay_xxxxxxxxx) or the billing email associated with the order.
  3. Our support team will acknowledge and approve your request within 24 business hours.

03. Refund Settlement Timelines

Once approved, your refund is initiated immediately through Razorpay:

  • UPI Payments (India): Settle back to your linked bank account within 2 to 4 hours (frequently instantaneous).
  • Domestic Indian Cards: Settle within 2 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
  • International Credit/Debit Cards (USD / Overseas): Settle within 5 to 7 business days as per international card network clearing schedules.

* Note: Refunds are always credited directly to the original source payment method (card or UPI handle) used at checkout.

04. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel ongoing monthly or annual agency subscriptions at any time with zero penalty or hidden cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your account remains active with full access until the end of your prepaid billing period, and no further renewal charges will occur.
